GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We hope that you love everything you purchase from 807 & Co. Boutique, however if something doesn’t fit just right, we’re here to help with an exchange or store credit according to the following guidelines:
807 & Co. Boutique maintains the right to refuse full or partial exchanges/returns for items that are sent back that do not meet the guidelines listed above.
- Effective December 14, 2020: Store credit only will be issued for a return, pending that all of the guidelines below are met. This policy update is applicable to all purchases, including those made before this date.
- If your purchase was made at our Mini Shop location, store credit will be issued on a gift card.
- If your purchase was made online, you will receive a store credit discount code to use on our website.
- FINAL SALE: When an item is on sale in the SALE CATEGORY, it will be considered FINAL SALE and therefore no exchange or return will be provided. As well, items purchased during super sales, such as the Semi-Annual Sale and Black Friday, will be considered final sale.
- FINAL SALE: Pre-orders, made to order graphic tees/sweaters and customized items are FINAL SALE.
- Other than final sale situations noted above, exchanges are subject to product availability and are only available when the item wishing to be exchanged for is in stock. When an item is sold out in the size and/or colour wishing to be exchanged for, a store credit will be given, pending all of the remaining guidelines are adhered to.
- All items wishing to be exchanged or returned must be returned in the original selling condition, which includes the item being unworn, unsoiled (i.e. no food or makeup stains), undamaged, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still on the item, otherwise the exchange/return will be refused.
- 807 & Co. Boutique does not offer returns or exchanges when the original tags are removed from the item.
- Exchanges and returns for store credit will only be provided within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days from the purchase date, exchanges and returns will not be accepted.
- A copy of your receipt should be included with your item when exchanging/returning for a store credit. If you don’t have your original invoice, simply print and include a copy of the order confirmation emailed to you at the time of purchase.
- Under garments, swimwear, hosiery, cosmetics, earrings, fragrances, pillowcases, all hair accessories and other products that are intimate or sanitary goods, are final sale. No exchanges/returns will be accepted for these types of items.
- Gift cards are final sale. No refunds will be provided.
- An exchange or return for store credit on final sale items will not be permitted.
- All shipping fees are non-refundable (original and return). The cost of shipping to exchange/return an item is the responsibility of the customer.
- An additional flat rate shipping fee of $11 will be charged to items being exchanged when the replacement item is being mailed to the customer. The customer is responsible for this fee.
- Items with a gift receipt will follow the regular return policy noted above.

How to Make an Exchange/Return
Exchanges/returns for store credit must be pre-approved by 807 & Co. Boutique prior to the customer shipping the item back. Customers must get an exchange/return code from 807 & Co. Boutique by contacting [email protected].
It is recommended that you use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation and insurance on your item. 807 & Co. Boutique will not be responsible for items being returned that are lost or damaged in transit.

Defective/Damaged Items
Customers should inspect their purchases immediately upon receipt. If you feel you have received defective or damaged items, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. No exceptions.
NOTE: Items that have been damaged due to normal wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are not considered to be faulty and are not eligible for a return (exchange or store credit). Please ensure to follow the care instructions found on the label to ensure that your item maintains its original quality.
