SIZING
Do items fit true to size?
Our clothing comes from a variety of designers/brands, so sizing may vary from style to style. Although most of our clothing runs true to size, some designs may be sized slightly different. 807 & Co. Boutique will attempt to make note of when an item does not run true to size on the product page whenever possible.

How much is shipping?
- We provide a flat rate of $11 for shipping within Canada, or $17 flat rate to the USA, via Canada Post. Orders of $150 or more will ship for FREE (orders within Canada only)!
Where do you ship from?
- All items are shipped from Dryden, Ontario, Canada.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
- We also ship to the USA.
How does free pick-up at the Mini Shop in Fort Frances work?
- Please note, effective July 17, 2024, there will no longer be an option to order online and pick-up at the Mini Shop. The Mini Shop is unfortunately closing July 31, 2024. 807 & Co. is NOT closing. You can still order online and ship to home. If we find another pick-up location in Fort Frances, we will announce it on our social media.
Do you deliver?
- 807 & Co. Boutique is now offering free delivery in the Dryden area for online orders.
How do I order for delivery if I live in the Dryden area?
- Check our delivery map to ensure you fall within the delivery area. If you live outside the delivery area but work within it, we are happy to arrange delivery during business hours.
- Add items to cart and click "checkout".
- Under "Fulfillment method" select "Pick up in store" and click "checkout". (Yes, this will say pick-up in Fort Frances but it's a temporary solution until we are able to switch website platforms.)
- Enter your details and click "Next".
- Enter your payment information and click "Next".
- In the "Note to Seller" box, type "Dryden Delivery". Then click "Place Order".
- You'll then be contacted by email to arrange a delivery date/time within the following 2-4 days.
- Your order confirmation email will have a pick-up date for the Mini Shop in Fort Frances - ignore it. We are hoping to switch platforms at some point to resolve this work around.

EXCHANGES/RETURNS
Do you allow exchanges?
- Yes, we want to ensure that you are happy with your order! Exchanges and refunds for store credit will be provided within 30 days of the purchase date, pending that all of the Guidelines for Exchanges and Returns are met.
- FINAL SALE: When an item is on sale/discounted (i.e. in the Sale Category), or is purchased during a Final Sale event, such as the Semi-Annual Sale, it is not eligible for an exchange/return.

Do I need approval before exchanging or returning an item?
- Yes, exchanges/refunds must be pre-approved by 807 & Co. Boutique prior to the customer shipping the item back. Customers must get an exchange/refund code from 807 & Co. Boutique by contacting [email protected].
